Bumper Bash 2016 Tournament
Come join us June 19 to help celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Roanoke Pinball Museum at Center in the Square. The Bumper Bash 2016 tournament consists of nine machines for 1st, 2nd, and 3 rd place. It starts at 1pm and the second session starts at 3:30 pm with 30 slots each.
The Bumper Bash 2016 will be set-up as a pinball golf tournament. The pinball staff has designated a score to achieve for every machine in the tournament, and it is the goal of each participant to reach that score using as few balls as possible. Pinball golf adds a certain level of skill, but allows even the amateur pinball enthusiast to compete against the most experienced. Every participant will have their chance on all nine machines that range from Gottlieb’s 1965 Kings and Queens to newer machines like Williams 1995 Junkyard.
In addition to the pinball golf tournament, every member that participates will also have an opportunity for a separate competition. Highest three scores on Stern Pinball’s 2012 Mustang will win a trophy during the Bumper Bash. Only Roanoke Pinball Museum Members can participate in this part of the tournament all for no extra charge.
The tournament fee is $10 for Roanoke Pinball Museum Members, $15 for kids ages 6-8, and $20 for ages 9 & up plus taxes and fees. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Box Office until time of show. Tournament tickets also get you into the Roanoke Pinball Museum the same day, giving you unlimited play of all the other machines in the museum. The tournament has limited seating, so don’t delay and reserve your spot today!
Pinball Museum Members please call (540.224.1200) or come to the box office for special pricing!
Stay and play…but, be careful…you might just learn something.
The Roanoke Pinball Museum is an interactive museum where patrons can play any machine for one admission price.
